Most of us work with text in documents everyday - in Word, Docs, Outlook, or other programs. Did you know there is a quick tip for increasing or decreasing text size WITHOUT having to manually click the font size drop down in either program?!
1. Add some text to the document, then highlight the text.
2. To make the highlighted text LARGER, simultaneously select Ctrl + Shift + >, pressing > continuously until you have the perfect size.
3. T make the highlighted text SMALLER, simultaneously select Ctrl + Shift + <, pressing < continuously until you have the perfect size.
This tip works in both Microsoft AND GSuite programs including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Docs, Slides, Gmail, and more!
